Plecing kangkung (spicy water spinach)

 Fresh (water) spinach
 2 Small chili peppers
 3 Cloves garlic
 2 Shallots
 2 Spoons oil
 2 Tomatoes
 Masako or salt

Step 1. Cut the garlic cloves, the chili peppers and shallots in small pieces.

Step 2. Cut the tomatoes in big pieces

Step 3. Put the oil in the pan and wait until it’s boiling.

Step 4. Fry the peppers, garlic cloves and shallots pieces first. Secondly you also add the spinach and stir fry until the spinach has shrunk.

Step 5. Finish the dish by adding the tomatoes and a little bit of masako/salt and fry it for one last minute.
