Fried garlic tempeh

 1 big piece of tempeh
 4 cloves of garlic
 Masako or salt
 Oil

Marinade:
Cut the garlic cloves in small pieces.

Marinade:
Put it in the oil; make sure it stays for at least 30 minutes to get a good taste.

Make small cuts in the tempeh. This is to make sure the marinade will go into the tempeh. The cuts will create small diamonds, see final picture

Cut the tempeh in small square pieces. You can decide upon the sicze of the squares yourself.

Then you put all pieces in the garlic marinade for at least 15 minutes. It is better to let it stay even longer.

Heat up the pan with oil. You can easily use 100ml oil. Put the tempeh pieces in the hot oil and turn them a couple times until are slightly brown.
